Traditional Recipes With a Modern Twist
Local Belfast company Neill’s Flour has joined forces with one of Ireland’s most recognisable food ambassadors Jenny Bristow to develop a new range of baking mixes.
Known as the ‘Jenny’s Selection’ offering consumers traditional recipes with a modern twist including; Irish Buttermilk Scone Mix; Irish Wheaten Bread Mix; Irish Soda Bread Mix; Apple & Cinnamon Mix and Multigrain Wheaten Bread Mix.
The range provides consumers with a product which lets them enjoy all the benefits of home baking with none of the mess ‘Simply Add Milk’.
