Neill's Flour Recipes
Scotch Shortbread
Method:
Sieve flour and salt, rub in butter.
Add sugar and knead mixture until it binds together.
Lightly roll or shape into ½" thick rounds.
Place on a baking sheet or oven tin, crimp edges and mark into wedges.
Bake in a moderate oven 150 c (300f/Gas Mark 2) for 40-45 minutes.
Cool on a tin.

- 225g/8oz Neill's Golden Fleece Plain flour
- 175g/6oz Butter
- 35g/1 ½ oz Castor Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
