Neill's Flour Recipes
Griddle Bread or Soda Farls
Preheat the oven to 160oC ( 325oF) Gas mark 3
Line a cake tin
Method:
Heat griddle until flour sprinkled on it browns quickly. Mix buttermilk into flour with a spoon, turn out on to WELL floured board, sprinkle with flour, roll lightly into round ½ inch to ¾ inch thick. Divide into four with palatte knife and place immediately on griddle, turn once when baked half way.
