Clogher Valley Agricultural Show

Karen Spence of Neill’s Flour’s introduces herself to an award winning pony at the company’s stand at the Clogher Valley Agricultural Show,

As market leader in Northern Ireland Neill’s Flour mills several different varieties of product including Self Raising Flour, Golden Fleece Plain Four, Self Raising Soda Bread Flour and Fine, Medium and Coarse Wholemeal Flour. These products are separated out on shelf by an easily recognisable colour scheme distinguishing between Golden Fleece, Self Raising and Soda Bread types of flour.

Most recently Neill’s Flour has teamed up with celebrity chef Jenny Bristow to formulate the Jenny Bristow (JB) ‘Simply Add Milk’ range created to make home baking simple. As the name suggests, each of the five available packs contains the exact ingredients, with consumers having to ‘simply add milk’ and stick in the oven to produce a culinary delight – whether it be Irish soda bread, Irish buttermilk scones, multigrain wheaten bread, Irish apple and cinnamon bread, or Irish wheaten bread.

Neill’s Flour will be demonstrating all of the above products at the Clougher Valley Agricultural Show 2008.

Neill’s Flour was established in 1867 when James Neill took over the running of what was then called McCammon’s Mill.
