Neill's Flour Recipes
Banana & Walnut Loaf
Preheat oven to 180oC ( 350oF ) Gas mark 5
Method:
Cream the cheese and sugar, gradually beat in the eggs
Stir in the walnuts and mashed banana
Fold in the flour and baking powder
Grease and line a 2lb loaf tin , pour the mix into the tin and bake for 45mins until cooked through when tested with a skewer.

- 225g ( 8oz) Neills Self Raising Flour
- 225g ( 8oz) Cream Cheese
- 110g (4oz) Soft Brown Sugar
- 3 Medium Eggs
- 50g ( 2oz) Walnuts Chopped
- 1 Large banana
- 1 tsp baking sugar
