Health & Safety Executive guidelines
Neill's have phased our supplies of flour in 32kg sacks. The new size for a standard flour sack will be 16kg
This major change has come about as food manufacturers have, increasingly in the past year, been implementing the Health & Safety Executives guidelines on manual handling limits.

By selecting a 16kg size bakers will not need to change their one bag (32kg) recipes but simply use two sacks of flour.
As the diagram shows 16kg when carried close to the body from any height between the leg and the chest is within the guidelines.
